HEADLINING SHOWS IN
SYDNEY & MELBOURNE THIS SEPTEMBER
Silversun Pickups have quickly begun one of indie rock’s favourite bands, as their infectious melodies have spread across the world, and the airwaves. As such, it is with great pleasure that The Frontier Touring Company confirms the news that Silversun Pickups will perform intimate headline shows in Melbourne and Sydney this September! These shows are in addition to their support of Snow Patrol on the band’s national tour this September.
Silversun Pickups have quickly established themselves as one of the bands to watch in 2007. Having already been invited to tour with Foo Fighters, Wolfmother, OK Go and Snow Patrol across the US, Silversun Pickups’ popularity has spread to the rest of the world. Their debut album, Carnavas (Warner Music), has been released to critical acclaim, with single ‘Lazy Eye’ the most played song on Triple J at radio this week.
Supporting Silversun Pickups will be Ghostwood and Amy Meredith. Following on from V Festival appearances earlier this year and a signing to Modular, Ghostwood are a band fast on the rise. Amy Meredith are Sydney’s premier techno/rock band and will not disappoint this September.
As the hype continues to build Down Under for the Silversun Pickups there is no doubt that tickets to these intimate shows will be snapped up in no time at all. Avoid disappointment and secure your tickets when they go on sale Thursday 26 July.

Ticket Information

  1. All line-ups and times are subject to change without notice, and are beyond the Annandale Hotel’s control.
  2. Please choose carefully as tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. You must be over 18 years of age to enter the venue (unless the show is listed as an all ages gig). You must be able to produce a current form of identification – drivers license, proof of age card or passport only.
  4. To claim your tickets you must have a copy of your confirmation email and/or ticket numbers plus the credit card you booked with or current photo identification. Tickets may only be claimed on the day of the gig from the time the doors open.
